Teenager

Here is Luis after decorating the xmas tree. He was only going to be with us for the weekend while his foster dad went into the hospital, but turns out his recovery may take a few months. Hopefully he will be able to go back to that home then. He hasn't been on a schedule, and think the structure of school will help. But, he is really patient with EJ, and eager to do chores to earn money for video games & movies & things. His 13th bday is tomorrow and we are going out for a steak dinner at this desert 'resort' place with a zoo and a lake & lots of stuff to see. He's the oldest kid we've had so far. I didn't want teenagers but we'd had him for the weekend and thought he would work out with us ok. (no big deal - they just altered our license for a teen - the one that took over a year to get...no big deal).
